I had seen this type of build in HA, it was ran with nr/tranq but i guess it could be ran without it as well.

Mend Body and Soul
Soothing Memories
Wielder's Boon
Vengeful Weapon
Weapon of Warding
Holy Veil
Attuned Was Songkai
Generous was Tsungrai

This is pretty efective in most cases.
You should always be holding an item, attuned has a 45 second lasting time so when it's down use Generous.

Your energy management comes from Attuned was Songkai because your spells cost 40% less, allowing ur e-regen to be faster than what u spend. Mend Body and Soul will obviously be more effective if you have spirits (thus the nr/tranq), Soothing Memories actually gives you energy back (just remember to always be holding an item), Wielder's Boon i think should be used for when your ally has Weapon of Warding on him because Vengeful Weapon should be used like RoF and wont last long on the ally. Holy Veil for e-management.

Flaws I see in this build is the cast time of Attuned which is 2, if its interrupted ur pretty much useless for 60 seconds. The heals arent huge like say a WoH or Heal Other, but with the added "protection" u might not need those huge spells. And the last flaw i see is the fact that you can't spam any heals (5 sec recharge on the two primary heals).

How is Holy Veil considered e-management? Is there something in one of the Rit skills that synergizes with Holy Veil in some way?

[Mush] use one of these but instead of veil, vengeful weapon and wielders boon they use, spirit light, extinguish and infuse.

I personally prefer resilient weapon to weapon of warding, because of the amazing regen and the + armor. Lots of teams use conditions anyway, why not take advantage of them?
